We only produced 2 barrels of this methode ancienne Cabernet Sauvignon produced with organic fruit from Cedarville Vineyard. It is a tribute to our winemaker's heritage, and an acknowledgment of the hard-working immigrant farmworkers who pick our grapes. A rich, full bodied Cab with blackberry and pomegranate aromatics, flavors of black tea, forest floor, cacoa, and bay leaf.
